Visit our facility and submit your complaint in person.
We will log the complaint and get back to you for clarification if needed and with the time frame needed by Amgad team to investigate with the insurance company based on each case KPI.
Amgad team will inform the member of the investigation result once it has been received from the insurance company.
In case of a complaint result not being satisfactory, the members have the right to contact the FRA directly with all supporting documents through the following channels:
